Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We aim to ship all our orders within one working day. It’s only if the order hasn’t been packed and sent to you that you can change your order. We therefore wish you to contact us as soon as possible in case of any changes. If your order has already been shipped, you can change your order by returning it to us. Once you receive the item, you have 14 days to return it.
Did my order went through?
If the payment has been deducted from your account we have received your order and it will be processed in our warehouse. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified at the time of order. If you have not received an order confirmation, first check if the amount of the order has been deducted from your account. If not, please contact us and we will help you.
Returns & Changes
When is the last day to return my order?
From the day you receive your item, you have 14 days to return without having to explain why you want to return it. However, the product and packaging must be in the same condition as when you received them. What are the costs of returning?
The return cost is covered by the buyer. If you want to return an item, we advise you to use the same box / bag you received it in. Please send as a normal letter in a yellow box. The cost of a letter is normally around 50 SEK.
How long does a return issue take?
As soon as we have received and processed your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email from our warehouse. It can take up to seven days after you ship the item.
